Jivat Kaur

Jivat Kaur is a PhD student in CPH advised by Ahmed Alaa and Michael I. Jordan. Her research contributes to foundations for reliable machine learning and decision making in dynamic social contexts. She studies how uncertainty, incentives, and policy mechanisms interact in real deployments, and develops methods to steer AI systems toward positive societal impact. Previously, she was a research fellow at Microsoft Research and received her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from BITS Pilani.
